This policy explains what happens to your details when you use this site or apply for coaching with Team Built Better. Team Built Better is run by Built Better Coaching FZ-LLC, based in Dubai, UAE. To contact us about your details, email [email protected].

What we collect

• What you put in the application: your name, email, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, where you live, your goals, your current training and food, how many days you can train, and whether you're happy with the coaching terms.
• What you tell us after that, on messages or on a discovery call.
• Basic information about how you use this site, through cookies and the Meta pixel (see below).

What we use it for

• To read your application and decide whether we're a good fit.
• To contact you about your application and book a discovery call.
• To measure how well this site and our adverts are working, and to show our adverts to the right people.

We use your details because you've asked us to consider your application, because you've agreed to it, or because we have a fair business reason to, such as running and improving our coaching.

Who sees it

Our coaches and the team who handle our messages. We don't sell your details. We use these companies to run the business, and they handle your details for us:

• GoHighLevel, which stores applications and contacts.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for messages, adverts and the Meta pixel.
• WhatsApp and Zoom, for messages and calls.

We're based outside the UK and the EU, and some of these companies are too, so your details may be stored or used in other countries.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

This site uses cookies, small files saved on your device, and the Meta pixel, a piece of code that tells Meta when someone visits or sends an application. It helps us measure our adverts and find people they're relevant to. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them for the reasons above, and to meet any legal duties. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or limit how we use them. You can also object to how we use them, ask for a copy, and tell us to stop contacting you. Just email us. If you're in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

Age

Our coaching is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
